It was actually not too bad when it worked, but it ultimately burned itself because of its design.
I understand the staggered coil design to prevent clogs, I don't think this is how you fix that issue. It's honestly a double edged sword because it restricts the oil (which already moves extremely slow), preventing it from replenishing the coil, which creates air pockets when the user takes a hit, and if it's not corrected, it will burn the cotton. Because the carts use a type of thermoplastic and not just glass (why..?), you cannot safely warm up the oil with a lighter or other methods because the plastic will melt and contaminate your cart.
Literally wasted all 5 of my carts as well as 10 grams of distillate because of these issues. I'll be looking somewhere else.
