Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received so the cancelation must be received prior to processing. Our customer service can inform you of the status of your order and advise you if the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

 

Return Policy

Bag King allows 30 days from the delivery date to request a Return Goods Authorization (RMA#) .All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition (unless product is deemed defective). If your item is defective, please refer to Damage / Warranty Information. Custom branded products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. We are here to provide you with the best possible customer service experience, so please call 1-916-923-9530 for any questions about completing the return process.

Once Bag King receives the return item(s), a refund will be applied to your original method of payment for the price of the item and any taxes. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are processed in accordance with the customer's original method of payment. For example, if a customer wishes to return and item that was purchased through his/her PayPal account, a refund will be administered to his/her PayPal account only. Bag King’s refund policy applies to all methods of payment accepted at BagKing.com, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Likewise, those who wish to return Bag King item(s) purchased through third party websites, such as EBay and Amazon, will be refunded according their original method of payment.

To return your item(s), please fill out and submit the Return Authorization Form below. Once you have submitted your return authorization form, please allow 1-2 business day(s) for us to email you your RMA#. If you opt for a pre-paid label issued by Bag King please note that this cost will be deducted from the amount of your return. You must include your RMA number with your return in order for us to process a refund or exchange promptly.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment such as FedEx ,UPS or USPS.

 

Are there Restocking Fees?

Restocking fees apply to returned item(s) due to personal, not qualitative, reasons. When returning item(s) for these reasons, the customer is responsible for covering both return costs & possible restocking fees. Examples of ‘personal reasons ' include ordering the wrong product & failing to cancel the order on time, or not liking the color or style of the product.

Restocking fees are determined by the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of item. Often, restocking fees cost 15-25% of the item's original listed price. However these figures vary on a case-by-case basis. The restocking fee(s) of each returned item(s) will adhere to the terms and conditions established by the vendor(s) of said item(s).

If the item(s) arrives to the consumer damaged or defective etc. then no restocking fee applies and the customer will receive a return authorization form.

Baggallini Warranty Information

baggallini offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the bags. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. A manufacturing defect may include:

- Stitching issues
- Broken zippers or hardware
- Logo placement issues
- Removable straps issues
If the defect to the product is covered under this warranty, baggallini will replace the product, if it is available in stock.

Please contact Customer Service via email or at 800.628.0321 to submit visual proof of the defective product, including your name, email address, ship to address, daytime phone#, product item, color and description of the defect. If available, please scan and send a copy of the original packing slip. Customer Service will review the visual proof to determine if a replacement will be processed.

Briggs & Riley Warranty Information

Briggs & Riley's "Simple as that" guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life. Briggs & Riley will continue to repair your bag even if you decide to purchase a new Briggs & Riley product with the latest performance innovations. Naturally, their warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, they suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If you choose not to do this and instead wish for them to repair your bag, they will be happy to do so at no charge. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

You can also ship your bag directly to Briggs & Riley at one of their Company Repair Centers. First call their Consumer Service Center at (888) HMB BAGS (462-2247) or email them to receive a Repair Number prior to sending your bag to us. A Repair Number is required in order to process your repair request.

Burton Warranty Information

Burton warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. A “lifetime” warranty means the lifetime of the original owner. If a product is found to be defective by Burton, in its sole discretion, Burton's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Burton will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.

California Innovations Warranty Information

If your California Innovations product proves defective during the course of normal use, we will repair or replace free of charge. Damage to item due to improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear and negligence are not covered by this warranty. Send two images (one, of the product and one, of the defective area) to service@ca-innovations.com. Please include a brief explanation of the situation, the style number/dimensions of your product, a physical mailing address where we may send the replacement to you and a phone number where we may reach you if need be.

Cal Pak Warranty Information

All California Pak products carry a 3 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include normal wear or damage due to improper use of this product. Each piece of Traveler's Choice luggage is accompanied by a limited manufacturer's warranty. The time period of the covered piece varies from one to ten years, depending on the item. In an unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, upon inspection, Travelers Choice will promptly repair or replace the item free of charge. A retailer's receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims. All warranty claims will be handled via online only.

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover fabric fading, damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse; especially moving parts and wheels or any component parts. Airline damage or mishandling is also not covered by our warranty. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline.

Herschel Warranty Information

Herschel stands behind the quality of their products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty - a guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects. J World Warranty Information

J World products are warranted to be functional and free from manufacturing defects. In an unlikely event that defects appear in our products, we will promptly repair the item or replace (if it cannot be repaired) the product at no additional cost to the consumer.

This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, normal fading and product damage that may result from abuse of the product, misuse or improper care. Also it should be expected that wheels and the moving parts will show wear when they are used over a period of time, and eventually it may need to be refurbished or replaced. Ju-Ju-Be Warranty Information

Ju-Ju- Be products are covered by a warranty against workmanship defects. If found to be defective, Ju-Ju- Be will either REPAIR it or REPLACE it. Unfortunately, Ju-Ju-Be can't replace products that fail due to normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

If it is within the first 90 days of purchasing from a retailer, take it back to them. That includes online retailers especially. We're pretty good about this stuff, but they're really good at it and can speed up the process. They'll take a look and determine whether it's normal wear and tear or if it's a defect.

If your bag has been damaged outside of 90 days, please contact Ju-Ju-Be at the address below. A picture of the damage/ defect may be required. If it looks like a defect we'll give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Don't send a bag back without an RMA, it will probably get lost. The only thing we ask is that you pay for shipping to get the old bag to us.

Ju-Ju-Be will not send you a replacement bag until we have received the defective bag. Please make sure you get a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for bags lost in the mail (it is amazing how many times this happens.) Also, we cannot replace something that was purchased from another mommy, only authorized dealers (for example, if you bought a used bag on EBay and when you received it, it wasn't what you expected, we cannot be held responsible.) And we cannot be responsible for bags sent to us without an RMA number or if you did not follow the proper procedures for returning the bag.

Kenneth Cole Warranty Information

Kenneth Cole New York Product is backed with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse of the product, normal wear and tear, or damage by common carrier or airline. Our warranty also specifically excludes damage to product contents (including, but not limited to, portable computers/ printers, cellular phones, etc.) due to the failure of the product.

Oakley bags are warranted against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Samsonite product (the “Product”) and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Samsonite will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Samsonite requires that you use only an approved Samsonite service center (“Service Center”) for warranty repairs. Shift Warranty Information

Every product that Shift sells is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a Shift product, you may send the product to Shift for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of ownership. California state law requires that items accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with items of comparable size and style, at Shift's sole discretion. Damaged items not covered under warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Siamod Warranty Information

Siamod products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty and will cover the damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials with either a repair or a replacement of the product. Moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts are covered under a one year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling, normal wear and tear or common carrier damage. In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship, we pledge to promptly repair the item at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired). All we require is that you call us first and then send your bag to the repair location that we indicate. Consumer incurs the cost of shipping to our facility.

In the event that your product should need repair work, please follow the instructions listed below.

Step 1: Download a service request form. Complete the form and send it to info@mckleinusa.com. A copy of the proof of purchase, your name, address, and a brief description of the service issue is required. We will generate an RA service request number for you via e-mail within 24 hours once you submit the form.

Step 2: When you receive an RA service request number, package the item and write your RA number on the outside of the box.

Step 3: Send the item to McKlein Company, L.L.C. 5412A West Roosevelt Road Chicago, IL 60644. Please use an insured carrier either UPS or FedEx. Using a different than recommended insured carrier (not UPS or FedEx) can result in delays or alteration of Policy.

Service generally takes 2 to 7 business days from the date of receipt to complete depending on the complexity of the issue. In some instances the service may take longer, as we have to diagnose the problem and order parts. Please call in advance.

Timbuk2 Warranty Information

If there’s a defect with the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product, we’ll repair your bag and send it back on our dime. If a repair isn’t possible a store credit will be issued for a replacement (shipping and taxes not included in credit). If your Timbuk2 product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we’re sure you’ve got a great story to go along with the marks. Troy Lee Designs Warranty Information

We offer warranty inspection on all our products. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.

If the product is defective you can send it to TLD for warranty inspection. All warranty inspections will require a warranty authorization (WA#) in order to be inspected. TLD requires all items sent in for repair must be clean and should be sent prepaid freight and insured. TLD will not be held responsible for lost packages. You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
