Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • Our customer service team can confirm your order's status and let you know if it is eligible for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. This means the item is in 100% resalable condition, in its original packaging.
  • Custom branded products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If your item is damaged or defective, please see the "Missing / Damaged Items" section below.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, a refund for the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • This policy applies to all purchases, including those made through third-party websites like eBay and Amazon.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to begin the return process and receive instructions.
  2. When shipping the item back to us, please include your original order number inside the package for prompt processing.
  3. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method (such as FedEx, UPS, or a USPS tracked service).
  4. If you choose to use a pre-paid return label provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Missing / Damaged Items

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
  • This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part, or if the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
