How to get the most from your ACTIVE™ batteries
How to get the most from your ACTIVE™ batteries
Vape High or Low
At the base of the battery, you wil find a high and low-voltage toggle. Use the high setting for bigger clouds, or switch to low to experience the flavor profile of your oil.
Whichever setting you select, your battery will automatically adjust the power going to the cartridge. ACTIVE™ calls it ACTIVE Pulse™, keeping the temperature just right because oil that overheats, will taste exactly that way.
Why does voltage matter?
Traditional 3.5 volt batteries maintain a constant voltage. Constant voltage means the longer your sesh, the hotter your oil gets which causes poor flavor.
ACTIVE™ batteries, on the other hand, regulate the temperature. So a 3.5 volt ACTIVE™ battery runs cooler over time compared to others. Good for flavor. Good for you.
Control airflow, manually
The Stik Battery has small air notches at the top. Place your finger over one of the airholes to manually adjust the airflow for a richer hit.
For the Seed battery, you will see a small hole on the side. You can regulate the airflow to the cartridge, by placing a finger over the hole.

Use a lightly dampened 70%-90% isopropyl or ethyl alcohol swab, clean around the cartridge and battery threads and contact point.

To reduce waste, ACTIVE™ is phasing out the charge cables they used to include with the batteries. Most of us have spare micro-USB cables we use for our other electronic devices. To charge your ACTIVE battery, connect the USB charge port located under the battery to a power source, and start charging.
Warning: Do not use power chargers that output more than 5 volts. This may damage the battery.
NOTE: A flashing red light when charging, simply means that the battery is correctly charging.

NOTE: If you see a flashing green light when charging, and solid when full, don’t worry. It means your battery is charging correctly.
Clearing your entire cartridge in one session may not be the best idea. This may impact the flavor in a negative way. Let your cartridge cool after a few minutes of use before resuming.
Try storing your filled cartridges at a moderate temperature. Avoid areas below 40F and above 85F for best performance. Extreme cold can cause clogging and spitting. Extreme heat can result in leaks.
Big changes in elevation can disrupt the pressure seal balance of a filled cartridge, causing a leak. When possible, avoid flying with filled cartridges or keep your cartridge upside down to keep the oil from getting pushed through the atomizer.
