Western Pack Off Trail Backpack

I purchased this backpack for traveling. I do not travel with a laptop, so I was specifically looking for a backpack without a computer sleeve. This fit the bill, and came with enough pockets to keep even hyper-organized me happy! My only minor complaint is that the place for pens is too narrow for a standard pen or pencil. I don't need them, so it is not an issue, but they are essentially useless. Overall an excellent choice for my needs. (Posted on 2/3/12)

Ive used the same model for 8 or 10 years now and they a have been good but this most recent pack had the right strap tear,so i sewed it up and its fine now

Bag is sitting in the corner of my son's room unusable as the zippers on two of the pockets do not travel along the tracks well enough to zip them closed. He can't use it for school as we had intended since half of the bag is not able to be secured.

I had called the company on receipt of the faulty bag and the customer service manager was awesome but I can't find the receipt or the name of the manager since we've returned from a family emergency and can't return the item. (Posted on 5/12/11)

Love this backpack - sturdy and durable. Plenty of organization pockets to keep your must-have-access items within easy reach, and large compartments for big bulky items/sweaters/clothing or books and magazines.

This was purchase was a replacement for a similar model that I had for ten years until the expansion zipper gave out. Dimensions are just a little smaller than the older model, but there re is a strong padded handle on top now.

Online purchase with Bag King was easy and product received in a timely manner.
