Shipping Methods
- We recommend you have your package sent to a location where someone can receive and or sign for your package. At the time of check out, you will find a list of shipping services available to your area. Below is an explanation of those services:
Standard / Promotional Shipping
Ground shipping delivers Tuesday-Saturday.
• FedEx Ground Shipping (Allow up to 5 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping Methods
Express shipping services deliver Monday - Friday only.
• FedEx Express Saver (3 Business Days)
• FedEx 2 Day (2 Business Days)
• FedEx Standard Overnight (Next day, excluding weekends)
Postal Service
USPS Priority Mail will not be available for all products. (APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, & Puerto Rico MUST Select USPS)
• USPS Priority Mail (Allow up to 7 Business Days)

- Currently we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for FedEx Ground shipping. All other shipping methods are calculated at the time of checkout. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, & APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping)
In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to incorrectly entering your shipping address or a refused package, shipping charges will not be refunded and actual shipping costs may be incurred.

- All orders are normally shipped out for transit within 2 business days. Use the FedEx Ground Shipping Map displayed below to calculate approximately how long your package will take using FedEx Ground Shipping.
Please note most orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

- USPS Priority Mail transit times are normally within 3-7 business days. However, transit times are not guaranteed with this shipping method. Delivery times may be longer, especially during Holiday seasons. Orders shipped via USPS do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii
- Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for any shipping promotions or $6.95 flat rate ground shipping. Residents of these states must choose a shipping method other than FedEx Ground at the time of checkout.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
- Yes, all orders shipping to a PO Box must select USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method. Orders shipped to PO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
- Yes, APO/FPO/DPO customers must select USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method. Due to the nature of transit times associated to these addresses, please allow 20 to 40 days for delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.
