Return Information

Holiday Return Extension - All purchases made between Oct. 25, 2014 and Dec. 25, 2014 will have until Feb. 1, 2015 to request an RMA# for an exchange or refund. All other return policies still apply.

Bag King allows 45 days from the delivery date to request an RMA# for an unused item. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unused with tags attached. If your item is defective, please refer to Damage / Warranty Information.

Once Bag King receives the return item(s), a refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of the item and any taxes. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return your item(s), please fill out and submit the Return Authorization Form below. Once you have submitted your return authorization form, please allow 1-2 business day(s) for us to email you your RMA#. You must include this number with your return in order for us to process a refund or exchange.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment such as FedEx or UPS.


Damage / Warranty Information

If your product fails within the first 60 days of purchase, Bag King will guarantee the product against manufacturer defects as long as the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions. This does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer to find out the length and specifics of their warranties. All manufacturer information is listed below.

To return the damaged item(s) to Bag King, please fill out and submit the Return Authorization Form below. Once you have submitted your return authorization form, please allow 1-2 business day(s) for your request to be processed. Bag King may ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty.

After the evidence has been received and the warranty request has been approved, you will be issued a prepaid return label for your shipping convenience. Once the defective product has been received we will promptly ship your selected replacement product of equal value, or if you would prefer, issue a store credit for future use on our site.
