Return Information
You have up to 30 days from date purchase to request a refund or exchange. Please note all returns must arrive in unused/new condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. A refund will be applied to your credit card for items returned that meet the preceding conditions: (Shipping costs will not be refunded)
After the first 30 days of purchase, please do not send merchandise back to Bag King for warranty work. Please contact the product's manufacturer to find out the length and specifics of their warranties found below. If needed we would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns with contacting manufacturers.
Before returning your item(s), please use the Return Authorization Form below. Once you have submitted your return authorization form, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
For all orders returned that originally qualified for free shipping, a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. This includes orders that fall below the $60 promotional rate. If your entire order is returned the $6.95 shipping fee will also be subtracted from the refund amount.
Please include the packing slip/invoice with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment such as FedEx or UPS.

Damage / Warranty Information
For the first 30 days of purchase, Bag King will guarantee the product against manufacturer defects; as long as the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions. This does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.
Bag King will ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture, all original packaging and/or any other pertinent information to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty. We will issue a prepaid return label as a courtesy as long as the necessary requests have been met.
The damaged product must be received in our warehouse before a replacement is sent out.

All California Pak products carry a 5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include normal wear or damage due to improper use of this product. Kenneth Cole New York Product is backed with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse of the product, normal wear and tear, or damage by common carrier or airline. For warranty and repair evaluation, simply send the product to us, and we’ll take care of the rest. McKlein Warranty Information

Timbuk2 Warranty Information
If there’s a defect with the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product, we’ll repair your bag and send it back on our dime. If a repair isn’t possible a store credit will be issued for a replacement (shipping and taxes not included in credit). If your Timbuk2 product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we’re sure you’ve got a great story to go along with the marks. Troy Lee Designs Warranty Information
We offer warranty inspection on all our products. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
If the product is defective you can send it to TLD for warranty inspection. All warranty inspections will require a warranty authorization (WA#) in order to be inspected. TLD requires all items sent in for repair must be clean and should be sent prepaid freight and insured. TLD will not be held responsible for lost packages. You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
