Privacy Policy:

Your privacy matters! We will not sell or trade your personal info to any other company. It is our business to sell Bags not your personal information. All of us here at Bag King know how it sucks when our own e-mail is full of spam. Rest assured that we won’t sell or give away your personal information.

Low Price Guarantee:

If you buy something from BagKing.com, then find a lower price at any internet store, including ours, within 14 days of placing your order we will gladly refund the difference. When price matching products, shipping and handling charges will be included in calculating the competitor's price.

You're eligible for a refund if:

The Internet store is authorized to sell the product. The product is immediately available and displayed on their web site at a price that is not an error. The store is not a membership or discount club store. We cannot match prices that are subsidized with membership fees.

When requesting a price match, please provide an exact URL address from the competitor's web site.

Hassle-Free Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment (Please note exceptions: Any return must arrive in re-saleable condition, including original packaging and all tags attached. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions.

Please include the packing slip/invoice with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment.

Before returning your item(s), please use the Return Authorization Number form found Here, or call 1-888-655-2247 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

After the first 30 days of purchase, please do not send merchandise back to Bag King for warranty work. Ordering & Order Status

Guests who are under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to order.

Methods of Payment:

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards.

We also accept company Purchase orders. Sorry, CODs or personal checks are not accepted payment options at this time. If paying by money order make payable to Bag King.

Email Notification:

Once your order has been received by our systems, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you we have received your order. Then, once your order has been processed (Usually within 1 to 2 business day) you will receive another email notification that includes your online sales receipt, order details, and tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are normally shipped out for transit within 2 business days. View the map below to see transit times to your location via 1 to 5 Day ground shipping:

Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days for any shipping method, orders placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Order Tracking:

All orders will receive an e-mail message once shipped that will include your tracking number, estimated delivery date, and a link to track it's progress. (This is a seperate email sent after your confirmation email)

Shipping Information:


Shipping Charges:

Currently we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for 1 to 5 Day ground shipping, all other shipping methods are calculated at the time of check out.

Large items such as rolling bags, wheeled backpacks, luggage, and/or any other robust bags are subject to additional shipping costs depending on shipping method, and the location shipped to.

The cost of shipping for these items are determined by Dimensional Weight, rather than its actual weight. Dimensional weight shipping costs are calculated by the over-all size of the bag, rather than weight. So for example, a large package that weighs 5 lbs, may be rated at 10 lbs due to its size.

Shipping Methods:

At the time of check out, customers have the option to choose from:


  • 1 to 5 Day Ground Shipping
  • FedEx Express Saver
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
Expedited Shipping:

FedEx Express Saver (3 Day Service), FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight are available for most items. The shopping cart will calculate actual shipping rates depending upon weight, box size required, and the ship to address.

Things to Check Before Your Purchase:

When placing an order with any level of shipping and especially an expedited shipping method, double check your shipping address information.

  • Is there an apartment # or suite # ??
  • Is there a company name or person to have the package sent attention to?

We recommend you have your package sent to a location that is open during the day so someone can receive and sign for your package.

In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to the customers mistake, Expedited or Ground shipping charges will not be refunded.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. Currently we do not deliever to PO Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO Box as the shipping address, the customer will be contacted and ask for a new shipping address.

Sorry, but unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the United States at this time.

Cal Pak Warranty Information

All California Pak products carry a 5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include normal wear or damage due to improper use of this product. Cal Pak always believe and strive for exceptional customer service. If your Cal Pak product is in need of warranty repair, they ask that you submit a Return Request Form Found Here. Once they have reviewed your request, they will assist you through the process via email. In order to submit a return request, be sure you have your original purchase receipt as well as Cal Pak's warraty tag that came on the product. Camelbak Warranty Information

CamelBak Products, Inc. warrants the products which it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During he two year warranty period, CamelBak will repair, replace, at its option, only the defective pack, reservoir, Bite Valve, or outer pack at no addition charge. The Columbia Sportswear Warranty Department will inspect the item. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the item has a defect covered under Warranty, we will repair or replace it. If the defective item is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with one of comparable style and color at our discretion. Dickies Bags and Backpacks are produced by Yak Pak. Yak Pak bags are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

If you have a defective bag that you wish to return or have repaired, please send it to the following address and allow 30 days to receive a replacement. If the bag you returned is no longer in stock, YAK PAK reserves the right to make a substitution for a product of approximate equal value or similar design. Mountainsmith Warranty Information:

Most Mountainsmith products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against materials and workmanship defects, with the exception of a limited 1 year warranty only on all wheeled pieces.
