Quality

The other reviewer, clearly, did not purchase this bag for its intended purpose. I found this bag during my extensive search, SPECIFICALLY for a small backpack to use while hiking. This backpack is not a school bag, it is designed for motocross, where the rider doesn't want to carry a bunch of school supplies, but wants a small, light bag.

The bag is great quality. I liked it for hiking so much that I carry it around like my purse when I go to the park or head out for the day. The bag is big enough to hold a couple water bottles, a change of clothes, sunscreen, toiletries, dog leash, dog bowl, snacks, and such.

I wish the bag had a chest strap, because I would like to take it for long jogs with the dog. In its current design, it would flop around too much while running. (Posted on 7/24/11)

This backpack is extremely small. I bought it for my 7th grader & he can barely fit his binder in there - much less the books he needs to bring home every night. It might be ok for a younger kid - but if you have anyone who needs lots of room....stay away from this one.
Quality is good, though. I just would rather have gone with a different manufacturer for the same price. (Posted on 2/7/11)
