Price Quality This is not a BagKing error, but the stated size of the laptop section of this bag is incorrect. I had to return mine. If I had a smaller laptop, I would have kept this product as it is well-made albeit a bit on the expensive side.
The problem is that I have a 17.3" laptop. I went to the laptop section measurements and then measured my own laptop 3 times before ordering this product. When the product arrived, the bag was much smaller than the advertised specifications. My laptop would NOT fit.
Also, the advertised laptop briefcase is not really a laptop briefcase - it is intended (per the manufacturer) to hold papers... NOT your laptop.
The manufacturer's description is common across many different websites that sell this product, so it is not a BagKing error. BagKing was very helpful in refunding my money for the bag, although I did not get a refund for the expedited shipping (which I ONLY paid because I read the published specs). I would NOT recommend purchasing this or any other McKlein product. Look through BagKing's other selections/brands. Be sure to measure your laptop. I found a Targus bag that fit well. Not quite as fancy as this bag, but my laptop fits in it correctly. (Posted on 9/6/11)
