Happy overall but.... - Review by Laura
Price Quality About 2 weeks after starting to use the bag one of the compression straps started to come out of the seam. Not sure if it's just this bag that was defective or if it is a weakness of the product. Overall, I like the bag, but Bagking's customer service is very slow. Since the bag was covered under warranty, I filled out the form to get a replacement. After 2 days, they wrote back asking for pictures of the defect to be sent to customer service. Then they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, which you are required to check on the warranty report, and I haven't heard back. As a product, I think I may have gotten a lemon, but overall the bag is good quality. Keep in mind it is HUGE, so if you don't need a to carry many items, you may want to look for something smaller.
