Bag King Warranty Policy

Warranties are extremely time sensitive. In your best interest, we ask that you contact us immediately to avoid any issues.

For the first 30 days of purchase, Bag King will warranty the product for any defects, if the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.

Bag King may ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture, all original packaging and/or any other pertinent information to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty. We may issue a prepaid return label as a courtesy as long as the necessary requests have been met.

The damaged product must be received in our warehouse before a replacement is sent out.

After the first 30 days of purchase, please DO NOT send merchandise back to Bag King for warranty work or replacement. Please contact the product's manufacturer to find out the length and specifics of their warranties. If needed, we would be happy to assist you with any contact information.
